| 针对商用车前下防护梁传统生产工艺成本高、效率低的问题，在分析目前已有的辊压工艺技术的基础上，对前下防护梁生产工艺进行改进。经过试验、生产验证，应用辊压工艺生产前下防护梁具有生产效率高、结构强度好、成本低、质量轻等优点，使传统生产工艺问题得到解决。 |

| Aiming at the problem of high cost and low efficiency of the commercial vehicle’〖KG-*2〗s former protective beam traditional production process, based on the analysis of the existing rolling technology, the former under protection beam production technology was improved, and experiments were carried out. Applying rolling process to manufacture the former under protection beam has the advantages including high production efficiency, good structural strength, low cost and light weight. At the last, the traditional production process problem is resolved. |
