为提升某SUV车型NVH性能,利用Hypermesh软件建立了有限元模型,采用Radioss软件中的频率响应分析方法进行了噪声传递函数仿真计算分析;然后通过模态分析确定了备胎仓区域是对噪声传递函数影响较大的面板;对备胎仓区域排气系统吊架进行了优化设计。结果表明:优化方案满足设计目标要求,提升了整车NVH性能,降低了开发风险,节约了开发成本。 |

Taking a sport utility vehicle trimmed body as the research object, the finite element model was established based on Hypermesh software, the frequency response analysis method in Radioss was used to make noise transfer function simulation analysis. Based on modal analysis, a panel which had a bigger impact on the noise transfer function was found. The spare tire warehouse area optimization design was carried out on the exhaust system hanger.The results show that the optimized scheme satisfies the requirement of design goals, the NVH performance is improved, the development risk is reduced, the development cost is saved. |
