白车身安装点动刚度特性对整车车内振动与噪声有较大影响。采用动刚度分析方法,通过优化提升第五排气吊钩的动刚度,使得后排左乘员右耳处声压由73 dB降至64.6 dB,降噪8.4 dB,后排右乘员左耳处声压由73.1 dB降至63.2 dB,降噪9.9 dB。在项目开发前期提升白车身安装点的动刚度,可以在前期有效控制车内振动噪声。 |

In order to reduce the noise in vehicle, the dynamic stiffness analysis method was utilized. The dynamic stiffness of the fifth exhaust hook was optimized,so the sound pressure of left rear passenger’s right ear was changed from 73 dB to 64.6 dB, and that of the right rear passenger’s left ear was changed from 73.1 dB to 63.2 dB. In early stage of project development, improving the dynamic stiffness of white body mounting point can effectively control vehicle vibration noise in early stage. |
