      轿车车门密封系统决定整体关门力,直接影响开合便捷性。传统改善关门轻便性的方法需要多轮试制、反复试错,效率较低、周期较长。由于侧围B柱拐角段安装轮廓特殊,压缩力方向多变,传统二维有限元仿真无法真实反映其复杂受力变形状态,进而影响整体密封系统的分析准确性。考虑密封材料的超弹性体模型,建立侧围B柱拐角段三维密封有限元模型,分析旋转关门动态过程中,B柱大曲率拐角段对密封压缩负荷的影响。对比密封系统压缩负荷实验,该侧围B柱拐角段的三维密封分析误差为1073%,满足工程应用的精度要求。
英文摘要:
      Car door sealing system determines the overall closing force, directly affects the opening convenience. To improve the traditional method of light closed requires several rounds of trial, trial and error, low efficiency, long cycle. Due to the special section of the corner section of the side enclosure B pillar, the compression force direction is changeable, the traditional two dimensional finite element simulation can not truly reflect its complex stress and deformation state, and then affects the accuracy of the whole seal system analysis. Considering the super elastic model of sealing material,the three dimensional sealing finite element model of the corner section of the B pillar was built,the influence of the large curvature corner section of the B pillar to the sealing compression load was analyzed in the dynamic process of rotating closing. Comparing with the compression load test of the seal system, the error of the 3D seal of the corner section of the side enclosure B pillar is 1073%, which meets the requirement of engineering application.
