ISO 5011:2014内燃机和压缩机空气进气清洁装置性能试验方法中使用的试验粉尘为ISO 12103-A2(细粒)和ISO 12103-A4(粗粒)。为适应国内的实际情况,在QC/T 32 2006汽车用空气滤清器性能试验方法中增加了270目石英砂作为试验粉尘之一。为了探明亚利桑那试验粉尘ISO 12103-A2(细粒)、ISO 12103-A4(粗粒)和270目石英砂对空气滤清器原始滤清效率的影响,分别使用A2、A4和270目石英砂试验粉尘对3组同型号滤清器进行对比试验,并进一步分析,得出270目石英砂试验粉尘可以替代ISO 12103 A2(细粒)和ISO 12103 A4(粗粒)的结论。 |

Test dust ISO 12103 A2 (fine) and ISO 12103 A4 (coarse grain) are used in ISO 5011:2014 internal combustion engine and air compressor inlet air cleaning device performance test methods. To adapt to domestic actual situation, 270 mesh quartz sand is increased in QC/T 32 2006 automobile air filter performance test method as one of the test dust. Test dust of A2, A4 and 270 mesh quartz sand were used to compare three groups of filters with the same type in order to ascertain influence of Arizona test dust ISO 12103 A2 (fine), ISO 12103 A4 (coarse grain) and 270 mesh quartz sand to air filter original filtration efficiency. And test results were analyzed.The conclusion is that 270 mesh quartz sand can be used to replace test dust ISO 12103 A2 (fine) and ISO 12103 A4 (coarse grain). |
