利用Workbench软件对800V 20型钢制轮毂进行有限元分析。对轮毂进行弯曲疲劳试验模拟和径向疲劳试验模拟,得到轮毂的应力图和应变图。通过分析结果,得出弯曲疲劳是轮毂破坏的主要原因。利用轮毂材料强度性能,改变重卡轮毂结构尺寸来进行优化设计,以轮毂的质量为目标函数,最终达到轻量化设计。既满足了强度要求,又降低了生产成本,为企业带来经济效益。 |

Workbench software was used to make finite element analysis for 800V 20 type steel wheel hub. Under bending fatigue test simulation and radial fatigue test simulation, the stress and strain diagrams of the hub were obtained. Through the results analysis, bending fatigue was the main reason for the failure of the wheel. Using wheel material strength performance and changing heavy truck hub structure size, the hub was optimized. The optimized target was the weight of the hub and the goal of lightweighting was reached. So not only the requirement of intensity is met, but also the production cost is reduced as well as bringing economical effect for enterprises.
