| To solve the problem that parts supply could not achieve JIT in mixed model assembly lines, a research is conducted on the optimization of improving parts consumption level when material supply was in the set part supply way. The most important goal was the level of material consumption rate in mixed model assembly lines. Then a sequence model of mixed model assembly line was established. Combining with the actual case of W company, it is proved that the value of the sequence in stabilization of the material consumption is important. |
