通过对后排女性假人的运动过程建立简化模型、进行动力学理论分析,发现引起后排颈部伤害的根本原因有两点:第一,头部与胸部之间的运动不同步;第二,头、胸部与骨盆的运动不同步。将理论分析与试验数据相结合,找到影响假人运动姿态的主要因素是安全带的限力等级。通过优化安全带的限力值可达到降低颈部损伤的效果。 |

Through establishing the movement simplified model of rear row female dummy and making kinetic theory analysis, it was found that there were two root causes for neck injuries of rear row female dummy, the first was the movement between the head and the chest was not synchronized; the second was the head, chest and pelvis movement was not synchronized. Combining the theoretical analysis with the experimental data,it was found the major factors affecting the posture was the seat belt force limiters grade. By optimizing the value of the seat belt force limiter, neck injuries can be reduced. |
