前端框架是汽车的核心功能部件,是散热器、冷凝器、中冷器等零部件的组装平台,前端框架的性能直接影响到汽车前机舱的安全特性。注塑工艺中的熔接线、注塑内应力、变形等缺陷对前端框架的力学性能有较大影响。研究了前端框架的材料选择、注塑浇口的设置方式、设计结构对注塑的影响等内容,并运用Moldflow验证了前端框架的工艺性能,优化了前端框架设计过程中的工艺问题。 |

Front end module is a core feature of the car, the assembly platform of radiator, condenser, intercooler and other components. Its performance directly affects the security features of the car front cabin. The weld line, injection internal stress, deformation and other defects in injection molding process have a greater impact on the mechanical properties of the front end module.The influences of the material selection, setting modes of the injection gate, designed structure to the injection molding were studied. Moldflow technology was used to verify the performance of the front end module, and the process technology issues were optimized. |
