以CAE技术为基础,对13方混凝土搅拌运输车副车架进行结构分析、疲劳寿命分析,并提出优化方案。应用CATIA软件建立副车架实体模型,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench150中,得到有限元模型;考虑搅拌车典型工况进行静力学分析,获得副车架在各工况下的应力应变情况;在静力学分析基础上,使用Fatigue Tool对其疲劳寿命进行分析评估,找出应力集中点和容易产生疲劳失效的部位,得到疲劳分析结果。用解析法验证有限元分析的正确性。针对车架疲劳寿命分析反映出来的问题,建议主要在材料、结构和工艺三方面对车架进行优化,提出优化方案。 |

Based on the CAE technology, the structure and fatigue life of 13 square concrete mixer’〖KG-*2〗s sub frame were analyzed and improvement program was proposed. The physical model of the sub frame was established by using CATIA software and this model was imported into ANSYS Workbench 150, then the finite model was gotten. According to the practical condition, statics analysis was made, then the changes of stress and strain of sub frame under different working conditions were obtained. On the basis of statics analysis, the fatigue life was evaluated through Fatigue Tool and the parts of stress concentration and fatigue failure were found out, then the result of fatigue analysis was gotten. For the problem of the fatigue life analysis, it was suggested that more improvements should be done on the material, structure and craftwork of the frame and an optimization scheme was proposed.
