| 一台康明斯ISF3.8发动机机油消耗量严重超标。为排除此故障，分析了可能的故障原因，并进行逐一排除，发现发动机消耗的大量机油进入柴油当中。为验证机油是从高压油泵进入燃油系统还是从缸盖进入燃油系统，又进行了相关测试，结果表明机油是从缸盖进入燃油系统。最终此发动机机油消耗量严重超标故障被排除。 |

| There was one set of Cummings ISF3.8 engine with excessive consumption of engine oil.In order to troubleshooting, possible causes of failure were analyzed.Problems were solved one after another, and it was found that excessive engine oil was entering into diesel oil.For verifying whether the engine oil entered fuel system from high pressure oil pump or form cylinder lid, related tests were carried out as well.The results show that the engine oil is entering fuel system from the cylinder lid, and troubleshooting is well done for this Cummings engine with oil excessive consumption. |
