在汽油发动机中,与催化器相连的排气歧管有插管式与蚌壳式两种。为了研究这两种耦合排气歧管的气体流动特性,分别对其进行CFD分析,计算得到催化器入口端气流速度均匀性系数、氧传感器表面速度相关参数。结果表明:各缸排气时,插管式排气歧管催化器入口端气流速度均匀性系数低,蚌壳式排气歧管催化器入口端气流速度均匀性系数高;插管式与蚌壳式排气歧管氧传感器位置布置均合理。模拟分析可以减小产品开发的周期、人工成本等。 |

The exhaust manifold with catalysts in gasoline engine has two kinds,the intubatton type and mussel type. CFD analyses for these coupled exhaust manifolds were done,in order to study flow characteristics of gas in them. The gas velocity uniformity coefficient at the catalyst inlet and the related parameters of the oxygen sensor were gotten. The results show that the gas velocity uniformity coefficient of the intubatton type is low,and the mussel type is high when the engine enter the exhaust phase. The places of the oxygen sensor are reasonable for the two exhaust manifold. The simulation can reduce the cycle of the product development and labour cost. |
