主减速器总成主要由主减速器壳体、主被动齿轮、差速器总成组成,其作用是改变扭矩方向,降低转速,增大传至车轮的输出扭矩,适应车的行驶方向。在使用过程中,有时会产生噪声、异响等故障,降低车辆的平稳性和舒适性。通过对主减速器总成异响故障的诊断和维修,达到控制和排除异响的发生,对提高车辆的可靠性和舒适性都有较大的意义。 |

The main reducer assembly is mainly composed of a main reducer shell, active and passive gears, differential assembly. Its role was to change the direction of torque, reduce speed, increased the output torque to the wheels, adapt the car’s direction of travel. In the use process, sometimes noise, abnormal sound fault will be produced, so vehicle ride performance is reduced. Based on diagnosis and repair to main reducer assembly abnormal sound fault, the occurrence of abnormal sound was controlled and eliminated. It has great significance to improve the reliability of the vehicle and comfort. |
