| The main reducer assembly is mainly composed of a main reducer shell, active and passive gears, differential assembly. Its role was to change the direction of torque, reduce speed, increased the output torque to the wheels, adapt the car’s direction of travel. In the use process, sometimes noise, abnormal sound fault will be produced, so vehicle ride performance is reduced. Based on diagnosis and repair to main reducer assembly abnormal sound fault, the occurrence of abnormal sound was controlled and eliminated. It has great significance to improve the reliability of the vehicle and comfort. |
