| 汽车在行驶过程中，会受到路面的振动与冲击，如果悬置工作异常，动力总成和车身地板的振动幅值会很大，严重影响到整车的NVH性能。对某汽车发动机橡胶悬置潜在的失效模式及机制进行研究，基于此，针对设计与工艺过程中影响产品可靠性的因素提出改善措施，对提高动力总成悬置系统的NVH特性具有非常重要的意义。 |

| Vehicle will be subject to vibration and shock from road during using process, and the vibration amplitudes of powertrain and vehicle floor will be great if the mounting is in abnormal condition. Its influence on the vehicle NVH performance becomes more and more important. The potential failure modes and mechanisms of the rubber mounting were analyzed, then some measures were proposed on the control and prevention for the design and process factors that affected product reliability. These measures are very important in improving the NVH performance of vehicle powertrain mounting system. |
