在齿轮齿条动力转向器的工作过程中,齿条是承载的关键部件,齿条的刚度是齿条设计的重要参数。对转向器的齿条进行研究,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 模拟齿条刚度实验过程,得到齿条的刚度及应力分布情况,通过与刚度实验对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。文中的研究对转向器齿条刚度的设计、性能改进及质量评定有重要的参考价值。 |

In the working process of rack & pinion power steering gear,rack is one of the key components.The stiffness of rack is an important design parameter.Rack was studied and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the rack stiffness experiment.The rack stiffness and equivalent stress were obtained.Experiments were made to verify the accuracy of the FEA results.The study provides reference for the rack design,performance improvement and quality assessment. |
