| 车架是汽车的基体，它需要有足够的强度和刚度以承受汽车的载荷和从车轮传来的冲击。针对某牵引车车架开裂的故障问题，利用有限元计算及电测试验进行原因分析，并通过对比分析提出改进方案。相比传统的经验设计方法，利用有限元方法分析得出的改进方案更为有效，质量及成本控制得更为合理。 |

| The frame is the base of commercial vehicle. It needs to have sufficient strength and appropriate stiffness to withstand the load of freight and the impact of wheel. Aiming at the problem of tractor frame cracking, a improvement scheme of using finite element analysis and electrical measurement was proposed. Contrasting with traditional design method, this way is more scientific, the weight and cost can be effectively controlled. |
