| 柴油滤清器是汽车发动机燃油供给系统不可或缺的部件之一，其性能的好坏直接影响到汽车系统供油的清洁程度，因此，其性能的检测也显得十分重要。市面上针对柴油滤清器性能的检测试验台虽很多，但具备综合检测功能的试验台却鲜有报道。本文在研究国内外燃油滤清器检测标准的基础上，开发一台柴油滤清器综合性检测试验台。该试验台依据滤清器检测标准中有关试验项目设计，由硬件系统和测控系统组成，可以满足对柴油滤清器的原始阻力、原始滤清效率、瞬时效率、滤清效率、储灰能力和堵塞寿命性能试验检测任务，检测准确度和精度均满足标准要求。 |

| Fuel filter is one of the indispensable parts of automobile engine fuel supply system,which performance will directly affect the oil clean degree of car system.So the performance testing of fuel filter is very important.There are a lot of test benchs,but little can be used to detect filter performance test comprehensively.A fuel filter comprehensive test bench was developed，based on the testing standards of fuel filter at home and abroad，which consisted of hardware system and control system.The test bench could be used to test the items including initial restriction,initial filtration efficiency,instantaneous filtration efficiency,filtration efficiency,dust holding capacity and filter life in laboratory.Its detection accuracy and precision meet the requirements of standard. |
