汽车制动摩擦材料是汽车制动系统中至关重要的部件,起到保障行车安全的作用。摩擦材料的生产方式从简单的手工操作及批次生产逐步发展到机械控制自动化和流水线生产。机械自动化不仅提高了劳动生产率,减少了粉尘污染,而且改进了生产技术及产品质量控制,推动了汽车制动行业的发展。通过介绍机械自动化技术在车用摩擦片生产过程中的应用,来解读先进的摩擦片生产过程。 |

Friction material of automobile is very important in braking system, to ensure driving safety. Production of friction material is from simple manual operation and batch production gradually to mechanical automation and production line. Mechanical automation not only improves labor productivity, reduces dust pollution, but also improves quality control of production technology and products, promoting the development of automobile friction industry. Based on introducing application of mechanical automation technology in the production process of automotive friction material, the advanced production process of brake pad was interpreted. |
