| From the aspects of the abrasive wear,adhesive wear,not unified meshing clearance between active and passive bevel gears,not rational connected structure between driving bevel gear and pinion gear bearing seat,not uniform tooth surface hardness of active and passive gears,effect of differential bearing pretightening force,main reducer gear early abnormal wear reasons were analyzed.Through strengthening assembly control,improving structure and process and other measures,the service life of the main reducer was extended effectively. |
