| Abnormal sound which was the common failure mode of steering gear in C EPS system was analyzed. The causes of abnormal sound were analyzed in detail based on the different sections which might be cause the abnormal sound.The relevant preventing countermeasures were also presented. These preventing countermeasures have been verified in production process which are very instructive to analyze and solve the abnormal sounding problem of steering gear in C EPS system. |
