| 运用CATIA软件建立副车架三维实体模型，通过ABAQUS分析软件建立其有限元模型。对有限元模型进行自由模态及约束模态的模拟分析，得到副车架的固有频率和相应振型。然后对副车架进行模态试验，通过比较试验结果与计算结果，验证有限元模型的正确性，为后续的结构优化提供参考。 |

| A three dimensional solid model of the subframe was built with CATIA, and the finite element model of the subframe was built in ABAQUS. The inherent frequency and the vibration mode of the subframe were gotten based on the analyses of the free modal simulation and the constrained modal simulation.The finite element model of the subframe was validated by the model testing in the laboratory. By comparing the testing results with the computation results, the correctness of the finite element model is verified. It provides reference for subsequent structure optimization analysis. |
