| For some odometer passive gear shaft parts with smaller diameter, the traditional machining method with three jaw chuck clamping parts and drilling is difficult to position, and cannot meet the demand of high processing accuracy and large batch production.A set of special drilling jig was designed, its power source was pneumatic, it had special fixture clamping structure to clamp workpiece for drilling. It is suitable for large batch production. |
