| Gearbox abnormal sound not only predicts the mechanical parts are in failure,but also affects transmission normal operation,meanwhile weakens the comfort of the products.So how to accurately identify the uncomfortable sound and try to solve the problem is extremely important to improve product quality and reliability.A type of transmission with abnormal sound was diagnosed.According to the vibration signals,the failure source was accurately located.It can provide necessary information and guidance for the transmission fault diagnosis. |
