节气门体是汽车上与发动机密切相关的一个重要部件,在一定程度上决定着汽车发动机性能的发挥。在汽车维修实践中常常碰到卡滞现象。解决卡滞现象的办法有多种,但最好的办法莫过于在节气门体生产之前的技术设计层面上予以改进。通过试验说明在设计时通过适当增大配合间隙来增大全闭流量,可以有效地解决卡滞问题。 |

The throttle body is an important car component which is bound closely to engine.To a certain extent,the throttle determines the car engine performance.In vehicle maintenance practice,the throttle body rotation inflexibility phenomenon is often encountered.There are many ways to solve the problem.Of course,the best way to solve the problem is in design before the throttle body is produced.Through experiments,it was shown that when the fit clearance was increased appropriately,the full close flow increased too,then the throttle body rotation inflexibility phenomenon disappeared. |
