Frame is an important part of pickup and SUV with a strong off road capabilities and other models.It is usually made by stamping and welding with 2~4 mm thickness steel plate.The welding method is carbon dioxide gas welding or MAG welding.Due to the high quality requirements for the manufacture of the frame,the welding wire must meet the quality requirements.Wire frame selection in the manufacture was discussed and analyzed. |
