| Taking mine truck lifting oil cylinder as an example,the heavy dump truck lifting cylinder seals improvement was introduced.From the characteristics of seal material,seal structure,combining with FEM stress analysis,the failure reason and the service life of the sealing were analyzed,and the optimization method was put forward,to improve the reliability of lifting cylinder seal and to extend the service life. |
