| 利用大型非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS，建立了汽车上橡胶防滑套的非线性有限元模型。根据橡胶材料单轴拉伸实验数据，利用ABAQUS软件拟合出基于Mooney_Rivlin本构模型的橡胶材料参数；在此基础上分析了橡胶防护套在不同工况下的变形和应力分布规律，为进一步可靠设计、优化橡胶防护套提供了理论依据。 |

| With the help of commercial nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS, a nonlinear finite element model for rubber dust cap was set up. According to the Mooney_Rivlin model, the definite method of the coefficient for material model was obtained and the coefficient used in finite element model was achieved .The deformation and strength of dust cap under working condition were computed. It provides a theoretical base for design and optimization of rubber dust cap. |
