汽车噪声一直是客户满意度调查中抱怨最多的一项,比较安静的内部环境是高品质的象征。一般使用厚玻璃和隔音驾驶舱来达到降噪目标,但成本、质量均会因此而大幅上升。以NTF理论为基础,借助LMS测量系统,对比分析了某汽车拖曳臂局部轮廓优化前后的噪声效果,提出了底盘结构件的降噪方法与建议。 |

Vehicle noise has been a most complained about the customer satisfaction survey, quiet environment is a symbol of high quality. Thick glass and sound insulating cockpit are generally used to decrease noise,but the cost, weight will therefore rise sharply.Taking NTF theory as the foundation, with the aid of the LMS test system,the noise effects before and after trailing arm local contour optimization were contrasted, and some noise reduction methods and suggestions were put forward for chassis structure. |
