| The instrument panel stiffness design requirements and test method were introduced.According to the requirements and methods of stiffness,a car dashboard stiffness was analyzed and the improvement plan was made.Analysis shows that temperature of hard plastic instrument panel has an significant influence on stiffness,which should be paid attention in the designing course.Finally through improving the implementation and validation scheme,the instrument panel stiffness is met the design requirements. |
