在国家汽车行业推荐标准QC/T 29078-92中,容积效率(充气系数ηv)规定为33%~47%。在国际标准中,也均在60%以下。从微振动的角度,揭示汽车空压机在工作时的微观现象,研究汽车空压机在振动、平衡、压力比和指标区间等方面对容积效率所产生的影响,提出了解决问题的思路、依据和方法。 |

The volumetric efficiency(ηv)of the National Automobile industry recommended standards QC/T 29078-92 is defined as 33% to 47%.In the International standards is also below 60%.The microscopic phenomena of automotive compressor during working were revealed through micro vibration analysis,the influence of vibration,balance,pressure ratio and interval index on volumetric efficiency of automotive compressor was studied,the ideas,proof and method for solving the problem were proposed. |
