| The automotive exterior plastic product deform issue which caused by the unbalanced material shrinkage during injecting was focused on. Several typical cases such as tooling reforming, chrome fixture and predeformation were used to solve the issue.The predeformation was emphasized.Through comparing the moldflow with actual deflection, the deform trend was forecasted. Finally, the obvious improved part was produced. It is significant to improve the quality of the product. |
