本文针对汽车内饰用聚丙烯(PP)材料的防污抗菌性能开展研究,开发了车用内饰防污抗菌PP材料。建立了车用内饰非金属材料的防污抗菌性能评价方法,并且研究颜色、纹理及材料配方对PP材料防污抗菌及机械性能的影响,结果表明颜色、纹理及材料配方对PP材料的防污抗菌性能均有影响。配方改性后的防污抗菌PP材料,机械性能变化不明显且满足车用内饰材料要求。 |

The article researches on the antifouling and antibacterial properties of polypropylene (PP) materials used in automotive interiors, and develops antifouling and antibacterial PP for automotive interiors. We have established an evaluation method for the antifouling and antibacterial properties of non-metallic interior materials for automotives, and studied the effects of color, texture, and material formula on the antifouling and antibacterial properties and mechanical physical properties of PP materials. The results show that color, texture, and material formula have an impact on the antifouling and antibacterial properties of PP. The modified antifouling and antibacterial PP shows no significant changes in mechanical properties and meets the requirements for automotive interior materials. |
