采用加速溶剂萃取的方法提取汽车座椅皮革中的多环芳烃,经气相色谱联用质谱进行数据采集,建立了汽车座椅皮革中18种多环芳烃的分析方法。通过对色谱质谱分析参数和加速溶剂萃取条件进行优化。结果表明,在10~1000μg/L浓度范围内,18种多环芳烃目标物的峰面积与质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)范围为0.9995~0.9999,方法检出限为0.01~0.03mg/kg。在三个不同加标水平下加标回收率为78.0%~101.8%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~8.3%。该方法简便快捷,准确度高,适用于汽车座椅皮革中多环芳烃的测定。 |

The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in automobile seat leather were extracted by accelerated solvent extraction, and the data were collected by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry. The analytical method of 18 PAHs in automobile seat leather was established. The analysis parameters of GC-MS and the conditions of accelerated solvent extraction were optimized. The results show that between 10~1000μg/L within the concentration range, the peak area and mass concentration of 18 PAHs present a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient (R2) range is 0.9995~0.9999, the detection limit of the method is 0.01~0.03mg/kg. Under three different levels of spiking, the recovery rate of spiking is 78.0%~101.8%, and the relative standard deviation is 0.7%~8.3%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in automobile seat leather. |
