      当前纯电动车标准续航里程试验方法存在评价维度单一、结果分析困难等问题,导致整车能耗和续驶里程不达标时,无法评估明确的优化方向。基于微小型纯电动车的整车能量流测试,研究其整车能量流走向及分布特点,并基于测试结果,识别到微小型纯电动车传动效率、驱动效率、能量回收效率等潜在能耗提升方向,并提出了具体能耗优化措施建议。说明整车能量流测试可以建立零部件效率与整车能耗表现之间的联系,是系统的、切实可行的整车降能耗手段。
英文摘要:
      When the current standard range test method for battery electric vehicles has such problems as the difficulty in analysis of the single result. When the energy consumption and the range of the vehicle are not up to standard, a clear optimization direction cannot be evaluated. Based on the test of vehicle energy flow of micro and small battery electric vehicles, the direction and distribution of vehicle energy flow are analyzed. Based on the test results, the potential energy consumption improvement directions such as transmission efficiency, driving efficiency and energy recovery efficiency of micro and small battery electric vehicles are recognized, and specific energy consumption optimization measures are recommended. It shows that the energy flow test of vehicle can establish the relationship between component efficiency and the energy consumption performance of vehicle, which is a systematic, practical means of reducing energy consumption of complete vehicle.
