排气系统管件与法兰焊接时,法兰产生的焊接变形对后期排气管装配的密封性影响较大。为避免制造过程中法兰焊接变形过大,通过建立有限元模型并使用移动高斯热源加载模拟法兰的焊接过程。在分析对比不同约束条件和不同焊接参数条件下法兰的温度场,应力,应变结果后,确定了排气管生产制造过程中能够有效减小法兰焊接变形的方案。提出了建议的焊接电流,焊接速度和热源半径,为排气管法兰焊接工艺优化提供了理论依据。 |

When the exhaust pipe is welded with the flange, the welding deformation of the flange has a big influence on the tightness of the exhaust pipe assembly. In order to avoid excessive welding deformation of flange during manufacturing, the FEA model was established with the moving Gaussian heat source to simulate the welding process of flange. After analyzing and comparing for the temperature field, stress and strain results of flanges under different constraint conditions and different welding parameters, the scheme that can effectively reduce the welding deformation of flanges in the production and manufacturing of exhaust pipes is determined. The suggestions of welding electric current, welding speed and heat source radius are put forward, which provides theoretical basis for the optimization of welding process of exhaust pipe flange. |
