      本文重点关注国内外电动汽车高压系统部件产生电压纹波的问题。首先,针对国内标准与国际标准中电动汽车高压系统部件产生电压纹波测试的试验方法及判定要求进行了梳理,并比较了国内标准与国际标准的差异性。其次,以ISO 21498-2-2021为依据,提出了电动汽车高压系统部件产生电压纹波测试的试验流程。最后,依据所提出的试验流程,针对市面上常见的8款电动汽车DC/DC变换器进行了相关测试,验证了试验流程的可行性。

      The research on the voltage ripple generated by components of high-voltage system in electric vehicle is focused on in this paper. Firstly, the testing methods and judgment requirements for the voltage ripple generated by components of high-voltage system in electric vehicle between the domestic standards and the international standards were sorted out, respectively. The differences between domestic standards and international standards were compared. Secondly, based on ISO 21498-2-2021, the testing procedure for the voltage ripple generated by components of high-voltage system in electric vehicle was proposed. Finally, according to the above testing process, eight common DC/DC converters of electric vehicle were tested to verify the feasibility of the testing process.
