The cooling and lubrication system of a new energy electric drive assembly is simulated by software AMESim. The simulation model of the cooling and lubrication system is designed, and the pressure characteristics and flow distribution of the cooling and lubrication system are simulated. Through simulation and test verification, a reliable one-dimensional simulation model of the cooling and lubrication system of the electric drive assembly is obtained, which has early guiding significance for the component selection and flow distribution design of the cooling and lubrication system. |
