      本文设计了一种基于特斯拉阀结构的液冷冷却板,对其进行四种不同方式的布置在方形锂电池表面,利用Fluent软件对四种布置方法进行热仿真,同时对普通并联管路进行分析来进行对照。最后结论是特斯拉阀型流道冷板的散热效果和电池表面的均温性都远优于普通并联管路的,同时特斯拉阀冷板的四种布置方法散热效果也不相同,其中布置方法4的散热效果稍优于其他三种布置方法。特斯拉阀冷板作为一种新型液冷板仍然有很高的商业价值,本文的研究结果可为探索散热性能更好、能耗更低的纯电动汽车电池热管理系统提供参考。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, a liquid cooled cooling plate based on Tesla valve structure is designed, four different ways are arranged on the surface of square lithium battery, and Fluent software is used to thermal simulate the four layout methods, and analyze the ordinary parallel pipeline for comparison. The final conclusion is that the heat dissipation effect of Tesla valve flow channel cooling plate and the average temperature of the battery surface are far better than that of ordinary parallel pipelines. Meanwhile, the four layout methods of Tesla valve cooling board are also different, and the heat dissipation effect of layout method 4 is slightly better than that of the other three layout methods. As a new type of liquid cooling plate, it still has high commercial value. The research results of this paper can provide a reference for exploring the battery thermal management system of pure electric vehicles with better heat dissipation performance and lower energy consumption.
